How libraries are using social media

This is a blog published by the New York Public Library. It is basically a book review on two novels about school age girls trying to make their way in new or challenging situations. The author is Miranda McDermott from Bronx Library Center.

New York Public Library had joined Twitter in Nov. 2008. It has a collection of 8021 photos and videos. It has 2.5 million followers and shared 28.6 K tweets so far.
